“Exceptional Service with Genuine Kindness I contacted Microform in a moment of urgency over the phone following a google search for local companies—my child, a college student, needed to digitize and scan an A3 art project for submission the very next day. Daniel Smith, my point of contact, didn’t hesitate. He invited me to come over immediately and handled the job on the spot, offering an incredibly generous introductory rate that left me genuinely moved. But it wasn’t just the speed or the kindness—it was the quality. Microform didn’t simply hand us a basic PDF; they provided beautifully digitized copies in multiple high-resolution formats, going above and beyond what we expected. Daniel, thank you. “We have used Microform in Staffordshire Registration Service to scan several thousand Registers and provide the user interface to access the high res images quickly and provide full printing options of these images. Microform arranged secure collection of the Registers, they were scanned quickly and timely and returned securely and conveniently. Communicating with Microform when Registers were with them was easy and access was arranged if we needed to view a particular Register or image very quickly. The user interface is easy to use, images found easily, and printing is to a high standard and quality. Overall the system has made a huge difference to the efficiency of our Certificate production, and I have found Microform easy to communicate with, and the service they have provided from collecting Registers, scanning, to the end user interface has been fantastic.”
