We have used Microform in Staffordshire Registration Service to scan several thousand Registers and provide the user interface to access the high res images quickly and provide full printing options of these images. Microform arranged secure collection of the Registers, they were scanned quickly and timely and returned securely and conveniently. Communicating with Microform when Registers were with them was easy and access was arranged if we needed to view a particular Register or image very quickly. The user interface is easy to use, images found easily, and printing is to a high standard and quality. Overall the system has made a huge difference to the efficiency of our Certificate production, and I have found Microform easy to communicate with, and the service they have provided from collecting Registers, scanning, to the end user interface has been fantastic.
