“I ordered a mens Barbour bikers jacket online recently. My husband's last one was purchased in Sydney in 1973 so it is timely to replace it although it is still worn with pride. I was unsure of which size to get but thought XL was best, better bigger than smaller. We received the package a month later as it had to be sent to Brisbane Australia. The fit was perfect as it had room for a vest underneath as well. We are in winter here now being July so he can now proudly wear his new wax proof jacket which will be more resilient to the wind compared to his tattered old one as he rides his 1973 750cc Kawaski motorcycle. The service was good, prompt despatch and well packaged. I also ordered a wax tin so we can service the jacket as required. I received emails when despatched. I like the style and make of this jacket it is of obvious good quality and has durability as we have seen. Thank you for your service and size recommendation. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.”

He understood my concerns about the size and fit of the jacket and he went out of his way to help. The jacket was ordered overthe phone on Tuesday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon.
