“The badges I received were ultimately of good quality, and the design came out just as I wanted in the end. However, the ordering process left a sour taste. Their website clearly advertises a free design service. I provided both a brief and a mockup upfront, only to be told I’d need to pay an additional fee for design work. After pointing out their own wording on the website and requesting a refund, they eventually agreed to honour the free design offer. While the final product was fine, the back-and-forth over something that was clearly advertised took a lot of time and a very long email thread to resolve. It felt unnecessarily disingenuous, which was disappointing given the quality of the end result.”
