“It’s a joke. I was lucky enough or unlucky enough to win big. I have tried to withdraw £5000. I have been told the withdrawal is with a third party and this is standard practice with big wins. I was on the online chat and got kicked out. I have then tried to log onto my account and it has said the account is blocked please contact customer support.
