Delivery is fairly prompt, and returns and refunds easy to navigate. The clothes are a little pricey, but the styles really suit my taste.
I'd really like to see a Petite version of the dresses which are too long in the body and skirt.

I love the style and quality of your clothes. Delivery is very quick and I appreciate free returns however it can take a little long to get that processed. On a recent order it took nearly 6 weeks from when I sent my return to see the credit on my card.

Being in the US, I find the quality of our clothing to be poor. ME+EM has quality clothing with classic cuts, lovely color ways and elegant styles. Deliveries and returns are easy. Refunds are a bit hard to follow as the process is a bit lengthy.
