“I dealt with Christine Sworder after being arrested in relation to a number of very serious allegations that had been wrongly made against me. From the moment I met Christine, she carefully explained the situation, put me at ease and gave me all the advice and guidance I needed to safely navigate the police interview and understand what would happen next. Throughout the time I was on bail, Christine was incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful. She was always there when I needed advice or reassurance and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help me through what was an extremely stressful and worrying situation. Thankfully, we received confirmation today from the police that no further action will be taken regarding the allegations, which is an enormous relief. If you ever find yourself in the frightening and stressful situation that I found myself in, and the police ask whether you would like a solicitor, say yes — and ask for Christine Sworder at Rate McGee McGee Agar Law. “Was represented by mma during a very hard time when I was falsely accused of vile crimes, I was scared and worried and had no idea what to do, when Chrissy from MMA turned up she made me feel much more confident and was very professional and have me confidence to feel calm and assuaged my anxiety. Every time I called for updates or advice no matter who I spoke to they were happy to help me, treated me with respect and always answered my questions to my satisfaction or put me through to other people in the company who had more information, it's my only experience with a legal firm but I couldn't think of any way they could've improved me experience whatsoever”

“Finding the courage to sieze an opportunity to leave an abusive marriage, I knew I needed a solicitor I could trust. Having know Matthew for a number of years and working alongside him professionally, there was no one else I would have turned to. Matthew and his team were fantastic. I felt supported and guided at a time in my life that was very difficult to navigate and very emotional and stressful. Matthew worked tirelessly to ensure that I received a fair and just financial settlement in my divorce, ensuring a secure future for my children and myself. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to him, for his hard work and dedication to ensuring my children have a safe future and the amazing support I received during the Family Court process from all his team.
