“The worktop contractor of our kitchen supplier let us down by cancelling an appointment to measure up and left us high and dry with a non functioning kitchen. After three days of not communicating when they might return, we cancelled the worktop element of the kitchen and picked a phone up to Adam at Mayfair on a Thursday. Adam arranged for the templating appointment for the very next day. We confirmed our choice of Quartz worktop in Venetian Drift. Monday we got confirmation that installation would be Thursday that week. The installation guys were slick, helpful and obliging. The kitchen was left very clean with only the obvious touch ups required. They were keen to have their work inspected and ensure we were satisfied before departing. We have to say the service and product is outstanding. From a week when the new kitchen had gone way off schedule, Adam and the team got it back on track. We have a kitchen we are truly proud of. Many thanks.”

“My experience with Mayfair worktops was second to none. It was definitely the smoother part of the process of renovating my kitchen. From the first contact to post-sales, the services were very good indeed. My worktop is beautiful and it was templated and installed fast and efficiently. “Following a very positive experience with the service and installation of our worktops we were initially happy with the company, but after needing to contact them due to a fault appearing on one worktop we have been left very disappointed, they are refusing to acknowledge that this has anything to do with them , and will not even visit ( as we have asked ) to see what could of caused this fault . Very unhappy with the after sales service .”
