The worktop contractor of our kitchen supplier let us down by cancelling an appointment to measure up and left us high and dry with a non functioning kitchen. After three days of not communicating when they might return, we cancelled the worktop element of the kitchen and picked a phone up to Adam at Mayfair on a Thursday. Adam arranged for the templating appointment for the very next day. We confirmed our choice of Quartz worktop in Venetian Drift. Monday we got confirmation that installation would be Thursday that week. The installation guys were slick, helpful and obliging. The kitchen was left very clean with only the obvious touch ups required. They were keen to have their work inspected and ensure we were satisfied before departing. We have to say the service and product is outstanding. From a week when the new kitchen had gone way off schedule, Adam and the team got it back on track. We have a kitchen we are truly proud of.
