After using the X-Cross 520 for almost two months now, I can say that I am pleased with the bike. In terms of the delivery, the contact and service from Phil was great. The bike did arrive with a couple of wires detached from the rear light which was unfortunate as I had to call the team for a solution. It did involve having to order an appropriate spanner to remove the bolts from the plastic covering on the light and fix the wiring, but it worked fine after I did that. The person I spoke to over the phone was nice and friendly, but I would say for him to be a bit more mindful during future calls as it was a bit condescending to say that I should ask my husband to fix it with his tools. The bike has been a joy to ride. However, there was a previous issue with the kickstand where when it was retracted, it would connect with the crankarm on each pedal rotation. This made an annoying and constant clunking sound on every trip, and it had unfortunately caused a lot of superficial damage on both the kickstand and crankarm. I took the bike to my local bike shop, where I also have my services done and they couldn't find a solution. Upon corresponding with Mark 2, it was agreed to have someone come and have a look at the bike as there was also an issue with the battery. Since it was delivered, my partner, the staff at the local bike shop and I hadn't been able to remove the battery from the bike, despite following the correct instructions. Despite being able to charge it whilst it was connected to the bike, it wasn't ideal for security purposes when leaving it in bike sheds, etc. Upon inspection, the issue with the crankarm was resolved by a case of needing to knock it in further, beyond the point it automatically stops when normally retracted. I would say that this wasn't an obvious solution, despite being insinuated as such as surely it should close the full way anyway? Nonetheless, the kickstand was replaced which I appreciated, and I was grateful for the time and effort taken to have the bike looked at. The battery was certainly budged in tight and the bike had to be hand-hammered a couple of times before it became loose. After being lubricated, removing the battery was fine after that. Since then, using the bike has been brilliant and great for commuting to work. I have appreciated the additional assistance from the team in resolving the prior issues, hence my rating.

Also worth noting is that we now have a trusted workshop in Bristol. If you are looking for a recommended bike shop to carry out any servicing and repairs in the future we can recommend Atmosphere Electric Bikes who and have experience with our bikes.
Bought 2 five years ago never gone wrong except I was knocked off and the lcd screen went up the spout. Really helpful guy sent a new one ivery quickly. The only complaint from my point of view is the gearing could be higher but that's not a fault of the bikes. The wife loves hers and says the gearing is spot on. I use mine every day in all weather's and there's no rust or flaking paint anywhere. Best bargains we ever bought

Loving it, now in my more senior years, my Scrambler electric bike has brought back the fun to cycling. No more worries about cycling into head winds, or uphill. The service from Mark2 from beginning to end was faultless. Highly recommended.

We bought a Mark 2 X cross 450 step through a month ago, and have been very happy with the bike so far. The bike was delivered direct to our door fully set up and ready to go. It was great to know that the experts at Mark 2 had set up the bike and added our own specific requests, and that we can contact them any time if we have a problem. The bike is very solid, well made and comfortable. The electric assistance is brilliant, progressive and powerful when needed. The bike is heavy, although not as heavy as many electric bikes, but this has the effect of making it feel safer for my wife. Anyway the electirc assistance means that weight isn't an issue.

Bought two of the Scambler C model for myself and my daughter and we love them. Delivered to our door and given a tutorial of how to use them, they had been setup and tested and were ready to go. They look fantastic with their matt black finish and we have found them a joy to ride on forest trails, pedal assist making even the uphill sections fun to ride compared to our old bikes. We've had them for two weeks and managed to clock up just under a hundred miles on weekend forest MTB trails. Mark2 customer service is great and very helpful.

Mark 2 had a stall at Carfest South. I was impressed by the bikes and Phil was really helpful while I was choosing the bike best for me. The drop off was great and I’ve already enjoyed a few good rides.

My battery charger gave up the ghost rang Mark 2 new battery within 24 hours could not ask for a better service. Bike itself is excellent no problems at all.

You cannot get out of Beaminster without going up a hill, most of them long and steep. As a result I had virtually given up cycling so fair to say the bike has transformed my life enabling me to explore the gorgeous Dorset countryside. Ed and the team tailored the bike to my needs and the after sales service has been very good.

Dear Ed and Team Felt I had to write to say what a great customer service you have given me when my 2year old x cross battery and charger stopped. It was so good to actually receive a message back on the website chat link. Followed by our telephone conversation. John the engineer was very knowledgeable and patient when he rang after the bank holiday as promised. (5 stars there). I received the replacement battery and charger which has been on charge for 24 hrs as the bike booklet says. My bike is working fine now and back in its usual great parameters. As I am pretty much knocked out by my palliative chemo/immuno therapy and tire very easily, I now have my lifeline back. Best customer service ever. Stan Jackson
