“Could not recommend highly enough. 1. Great range and knowledge of fireplace options / surrounds 2. Expertise - can feel confident that they know what they are doing and that your fire will be safe 3. Responsive and have great customer service without exception across the whole team 4. Conscientious with the fit - looking after our floors and checking in regularly at each stage - as well as clearing up fully and talking us through how to use the fire afterwards. “We went to Michael because we had received a poor service from another firm and decided to change suppliers. From the beginning, Michael and his team have been brilliant. Michael is just the nicest man and so passionate about doing a great job. He bent over backwards to meet our timescales and deliver us a brilliant produce that was exactly right for our home. The installer he sent to us was brilliant too - very caring and experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend Manor House Fireplaces.”

“Michael & the team here are 'the difference that makes a difference'! It really was third time very lucky for me having gone to two other retailers who did not appear to either care, have any vision. We have fireplace that is not central and Michael & Craig worked so hard to create a 'central' feature in our lounge which has worked amazingly! The care and consideration that has been given had created amazing results. I consider the team to be nothing short of outstanding and I say this in relation to the entire journey; of first visit to the shop where we were properly advised and supported, to the end result of a beautiful feature in our lounge. If you really want the very best advice, workmanship and proper customer care...then do not even entertain going anywhere else.”
