“would highly recommend mackerel and thomas to anyone michael the solicitor was excellent thought a very stressful sale of my house and so was other lady who was involved with the sale while michael was away but over all the little sutton branch was excellent they went above and beyond”

“Michael Ball, well what can I say seriously, he was outstanding, he understood my situation. Buying a house in Shetland is not easy but Michael Ball was on the Ball, He worked for me when I asked him to do something it was done with professional speed, Michael has empathy, knows what’s needed at the right time, and the unusual circumstances he had to work under where outstanding. Without his help I may have been homeless Thank you Michael 😊”

“Mackerel & Thomas were excellent throughout out sale and purchase’s, we had our first buyer pulling out a few days before completion so had to re-list our property and find another house to buy, then we were forced to pull out of our 2nd purchase and had to find another property. When we finally found our new home it only took 7 weeks to complete and Gita (our solicitor) was always keeping us informed of where we were up to. Thanks again.”
