Michael Ball, well what can I say seriously, he was outstanding, he understood my situation. Buying a house in Shetland is not easy but Michael Ball was on the Ball, He worked for me when I asked him to do something it was done with professional speed, Michael has empathy, knows what’s needed at the right time, and the unusual circumstances he had to work under where outstanding.
Without his help I may have been homeless
