“The service I recieved was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me fully up todate with the stituation. When I needed to contact them they replied quickly no chasing up. 5 stars does not do them justice. I would have no hesitation in recomending them or should the need to arise contact them in the future.”

“Excellent from start to completion. Our original quotation arrived promptly, document requests and processing was very quick. Most important was that whenever we called or requested an update, the phone was answered & the updates were provided. Alexandra & Michael provided regular communications and the team was very helpful along every step of the sale. 1st class performance.”

Despite the sale falling through twice, Michael remained professional throughout and was a great communicator, keeping me up to date with all developments as the process rolled on over several months. “Where do I start? I had to sell my dad's house, following his death. I dealt with Ceri Deakin who was such a strong and unwavering support for me from start to finish. It wasn't the easiest of journeys and I will be forever grateful to her for her tenacity, patience and efficiency. “We used this company for the sale of our property and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jo Langton , Old Swan office.was efficient, supportive and friendly. Their pricing was very fair with no hidden extras. They responded to questions quickly, honestly and accurately. They definitely deserve 5+ stars. The comparison between the treatment we received and the appalling service our poor buyers received from their conveyancer was unbelievable. And a third comparison my sister was selling a house at the same time via another company again with appalling service leading her to change after 12 months.”
