“Chris has been managing our account for some time now and we are impressed with the consistency of improvements we are seeing in terms of ROI and revenue generation. “So I have been with these guys for a few months now, they were recommended to me by a very successful friend who has been using them for years. Before these, I tried 2 other marketing firms (apparently some top10 in the UK) who were awful and treated you as just another number. Honestly, I had a phobia of marketing firms and I was set on bringing marketing in-house but decided to give it one more shot and hope I was 3rd time lucky. And lucky I was, trust me these guys are different, a young passionate firm who are hungry and always striving to improve on your account. When I came on board I explained to them the horrors I had with the other "award" winning firms, Mabo not only assured me they would be different but also delivered and continue to deliver on the promise. For one, they don't put you on a contract so you can leave whenever you want, try doing that with the other so-called "top 10" "award winners" blah blah firms. This is how confident this company is, if they don't deliver you results, you just walk. Try finding as many "non-handpicked" or "non-fabrciated" reviews as you would for Mabo, 96 Google reviews, 29 Trustpilot reviews & 205 on reviews.co.uk. Which of these super fancy firms has reviews like this? It just goes to show how much we business owners appreciate the level of professionalism, skill & constant attention to detail these guys provide. So my account managers are Alex & Chloe. I came to Mabo with hardly any significant results after 9 months of 2 (fancy firms) practically winging it on automation that my little year 7 sister can do herself so bless them they didn't have much to work with in the beginning but due to real experience, these guys have split my products up into various groups to test into various forms of campaigns to see what works for my niche. We have so far identified a variety of winning very scalable campaigns and from this, it makes my life a lot easier to be able to expand my range into more categories knowing full well my accounts are in safe hands if I choose to invest to expand. Another big plus for me is the fact that Alex will often consult internally with the other account managers to see how improvements can be made. I love this because I know I have the full attention and care of everyone at Mabo and it tells me a lot about how tight of a community they are. Oh btw, did I also mention Mabo are by far the best priced compared to the other marketing firms I've been with? Honestly, I could go on and on but I would be here for hours. You can sit on Google and search "top 10 marketing firms UK" like I did and go with one of those so-called award winners or you can just skip all the headache, wasting money and just go with Mabo from the start. So lets recap, The Best? YES. The Cheapest? YES. Why would you go anywhere else?”

“Can I only rate 5 stars?... needs to go higher! We have been working with Richard at Mabo since 2019, and we have not looked back since. Always understood our goals and objectives, delivered on them, increasing traffic whilst maximising cost/return efficiencies. Never short of bringing new campaign ideas and insights to the table, with great strategic thinking. Nothing is too much hard work... even with our complex promotional campaign plan, Richard set to work to ensure initial implementation, whilst working on, and delivering, a mechanism to help reduce time consumption... now runs like a well-oiled machine. Professional, passionate, knowledgable, great communication, and enjoyable to work with. They now have our social, as well as our PPC. Richard... take a bow!”

“I am so impressed with Jonathan and the team at Mabo, who have been handling our Google Advertising since the beginning of 2021. Ours is a product with a slim margin so we have to monitor advertising closely. Mabo really know how to play Google Advertising. In the last year revenue increased by 46%, costs reduced by 36% and the overall ROAS increased by 129%. We are so happy with this and have a plan to make further gains in 2022.”

“We have been working with Mabo for 5 years now and couldn't be happier. Partnering with them is one of the best recent decisions we have made. It really does feel like a partnership, they took the time to understand our company, understood our expectations and limitations and delved into our analytics to show us errors we were making in our data collection before we had even paid them anything. Many other PPC companies we had spoken to either hid behind smoke & mirrors claiming to have some hidden magic answer to Google or just wanted to try and fit us into their standard formula and failed to accommodate our specific requirements. Mabo are not like this at all, Harry & Becky on our account give us insightful, bespoke service coming up with innovative ideas for driving high quality traffic to our website. “Holly Bellamy is our Account Manager at Mabo and she is fantastic. She is a real business partner - so much so that she feels like an extension of our Marketing Department! She takes a lot of time to understand our business, to determine which products have the margins to advertise, what promos we are running, and to find ways to increase our advertising performance within budget. When we get stuck on technical issues in the Google Merchant Centre she rolls up her sleeves and sorts them out. She also provides context on the wider ecommerce landscape - what search volumes are doing, what types of businesses are doing better, and conversion rate flags. This wider perspective is very helpful as a small business. Holly is always positive, and easy to work with. I couldn't recommend her or Mabo more highly.”
