So I have been with these guys for a few months now, they were recommended to me by a very successful friend who has been using them for years. Before these, I tried 2 other marketing firms (apparently some top10 in the UK) who were awful and treated you as just another number. Honestly, I had a phobia of marketing firms and I was set on bringing marketing in-house but decided to give it one more shot and hope I was 3rd time lucky. And lucky I was, trust me these guys are different, a young passionate firm who are hungry and always striving to improve on your account. When I came on board I explained to them the horrors I had with the other "award" winning firms, Mabo not only assured me they would be different but also delivered and continue to deliver on the promise. For one, they don't put you on a contract so you can leave whenever you want, try doing that with the other so-called "top 10" "award winners" blah blah firms. This is how confident this company is, if they don't deliver you results, you just walk. Try finding as many "non-handpicked" or "non-fabrciated" reviews as you would for Mabo, 96 Google reviews, 29 Trustpilot reviews & 205 on reviews.co.uk. Which of these super fancy firms has reviews like this? It just goes to show how much we business owners appreciate the level of professionalism, skill & constant attention to detail these guys provide. So my account managers are Alex & Chloe. I came to Mabo with hardly any significant results after 9 months of 2 (fancy firms) practically winging it on automation that my little year 7 sister can do herself so bless them they didn't have much to work with in the beginning but due to real experience, these guys have split my products up into various groups to test into various forms of campaigns to see what works for my niche. We have so far identified a variety of winning very scalable campaigns and from this, it makes my life a lot easier to be able to expand my range into more categories knowing full well my accounts are in safe hands if I choose to invest to expand. Another big plus for me is the fact that Alex will often consult internally with the other account managers to see how improvements can be made. I love this because I know I have the full attention and care of everyone at Mabo and it tells me a lot about how tight of a community they are. Oh btw, did I also mention Mabo are by far the best priced compared to the other marketing firms I've been with? Honestly, I could go on and on but I would be here for hours. You can sit on Google and search "top 10 marketing firms UK" like I did and go with one of those so-called award winners or you can just skip all the headache, wasting money and just go with Mabo from the start. So lets recap, The Best? YES. The Cheapest? YES. Why would you go anywhere else?
