“Can I only rate 5 stars?... needs to go higher! We have been working with Richard at Mabo since 2019, and we have not looked back since. Always understood our goals and objectives, delivered on them, increasing traffic whilst maximising cost/return efficiencies. Never short of bringing new campaign ideas and insights to the table, with great strategic thinking. Nothing is too much hard work... even with our complex promotional campaign plan, Richard set to work to ensure initial implementation, whilst working on, and delivering, a mechanism to help reduce time consumption... now runs like a well-oiled machine. Professional, passionate, knowledgable, great communication, and enjoyable to work with. They now have our social, as well as our PPC. Richard... take a bow!”

“I am so impressed with Jonathan and the team at Mabo, who have been handling our Google Advertising since the beginning of 2021. Ours is a product with a slim margin so we have to monitor advertising closely. Mabo really know how to play Google Advertising. In the last year revenue increased by 46%, costs reduced by 36% and the overall ROAS increased by 129%. We are so happy with this and have a plan to make further gains in 2022.”

“We have been working with Mabo for 5 years now and couldn't be happier. Partnering with them is one of the best recent decisions we have made. It really does feel like a partnership, they took the time to understand our company, understood our expectations and limitations and delved into our analytics to show us errors we were making in our data collection before we had even paid them anything. Many other PPC companies we had spoken to either hid behind smoke & mirrors claiming to have some hidden magic answer to Google or just wanted to try and fit us into their standard formula and failed to accommodate our specific requirements. Mabo are not like this at all, Harry & Becky on our account give us insightful, bespoke service coming up with innovative ideas for driving high quality traffic to our website. Every question or idea we have is fully explained, explored and tested in a straightforward and easy to understand way. We continue to grow as a company and Mabo are a big part of that.”

“After a couple of years with Mabo, I would definitely recommend. Their communication with the client is excellent. You are not forgotten about once you sign up. Their account managers are genuinely helpful and couldn't be easier to talk to. Plus the results speak for themselves. To be honest, signing up to Mabo is a no-brainer. They get results. “Holly Bellamy is our Account Manager at Mabo and she is fantastic. She is a real business partner - so much so that she feels like an extension of our Marketing Department! She takes a lot of time to understand our business, to determine which products have the margins to advertise, what promos we are running, and to find ways to increase our advertising performance within budget. When we get stuck on technical issues in the Google Merchant Centre she rolls up her sleeves and sorts them out. She also provides context on the wider ecommerce landscape - what search volumes are doing, what types of businesses are doing better, and conversion rate flags. This wider perspective is very helpful as a small business. Holly is always positive, and easy to work with. I couldn't recommend her or Mabo more highly.”

“Having worked in performance advertising for 10 years, one learns to appreciate that no one individual can stay up to date on every new development across the many channels available. Mabo are a valued piece of our marketing puzzle providing a knowledgeable team of experts across multiple performance channels so I can ensure we are always ready to leverage new features & optimisations to benefit our bottom line. Their monthly webinars are a great way to stay up to date with digital marketing generally and my fortnightly discussion with Mabo's technical experts is always fruitful in terms of streamlining our account and brainstorming ideas for future improvements.”

“I think Mabo is a great company, they go out of their way to help you and to prove they will get the results your looking for. I am very impressed with Elliot in particular. I find he has very good communication skills, very good experience and knowledge on PPC, and his work is very thorough and well organised. Sometimes when he is not 100% sure about something he will check with his management which is very good because he never guesses or assumes anything. He never forgets to implement anything and when he says he will do something he always does. Whenever i have any issues he always calls me and there hasn't been anything to date that we haven't been able to overcome. Elliot and the management at Mabo have made me feel very welcome and I don't plan on going anywhere else any time soon! I am really happy with Mabo, and can vouch for the PPC service they provide.”

“Mabo have been great since i moved over to them about 6 months ago , they sorted out the tracking issues that had been on going on my account for years straight away. In the last few months my conversions have been going up steadily, and most importantly my ROAS has gone up to where i need it to be .”
