“The two stars are for the beautiful pattern - petite peonies. I wish, however, I had listened to the first decorator I approached who said the sample was of poor quality. I ignored the advice and another experienced decorator took on the job. I ordered eleven rolls (£825.00 +postage) for my hall, stairs and landing. I rang to ask about your own brand paste which you had previously said should be used, to be told it was not in stock but to use any good quality paste. So the job was done but two problems occurred- the Solvite paste stuck to the pattern of the paper and wouldn’t wipe off, so looks a mess. Also, the last roll taken out of the lovely box had a darker shade of cream background to the other ten! My stairs go up the middle of the house and, on descent, the wall in front has two different shades of cream. I will have to start again after a time of reflection but am so disappointed that, although you have the very finest of designs, the quality lets them down - especially being of British manufacture, which I always support.”

We always offer samples primarily for purpose of first hand impression before deciding on the full rolls, sorry this was not taken advantage of to see this was not right for you.

“My very experienced painter and decorator said this paper was one of the worst he has ever hung. It tore easily and the white backing showed up in the joins which could easily be seen given that the paper was navy. The rolls came with the logo heading which needed to be cut and made up around 5cm of the reported length of the rolls! We had to use a crayon to try and hide the white joins.
Only positive was it arrived quite quickly.
For such an expensive roll I would have expected better quality. My downstairs loo is ruined.”
“Ordered samples to feel the texture and thickness of the wallpaper, all the samples came on the same paper (although separate sheets)
Wasn't sure if the wallaper was that actual paper or not with them all being the same? If so then In my opinion it was a complete waste of money in paying for samples, obviously I can see the print on the Internet.”

Our samples are provided/printed on the same paper substrate as that of our full roll designs. They allow for quality impression from this as well as the shade and design, apologies if this was unclear.

“The speed of shipment was fantastic. The issue we faced was with installation. We watched several videos and followed recommendations, but the paper itself did not cut cleanly. Also, we observed the design rubs off easily if touched. Unfortunately, this paper is aesthetically nailing it but functionally failing. We installed it on our nursery's crib wall for a boy so taking this as my first mom fail.”

I am very sorry for any trouble this may have caused, following dispatch on the 19th, I can see delivery took slightly longer than expected but arrived at the delivery address on the 25th.
