The quality of the wallpaper is excellent and the sample sizes are very large so that you can get a good idea of the patter. I love all of the papers. So I will defintley be choosing something from Lucie Annabel once I decide.”

“I received the samples of wallpaper within a couple of days of ordering them. I love the size of the samples because you get more of an idea of the actual pattern. Also the paper they're printed on is a very good thickness and quality. I ordered 3 samples then a further 2 and have definitely chosen the 2 which I will be placing an order for in the near future. I'm now going to order a sample paint. I can't wait to get my room decorated. Thank you.”

“Bought some wallpaper, hung said wallpaper, realised was a bit short so ordered more, unaware that the batch numbers were a MAJOR deal, the colour difference was ridiculous. Phoned up to see if if they could send me one of the previous batch versions, but they don't keep record of what they send you, and was basically told, tough nothing they can do. Well you can, dial in in your quality control so less variances!! Now I have a wall that's incomplete, no way of matching colours, going to have a rip it all down, and start again. Only way you can ever be safe in ordering this wallpaper is over order and that's a bit convenient for you guys at £60 a roll that you cant make the same colour.”

We used the online calculator to work out how many rolls we needed and when we realised we had bought too much they sent a return label and refunded the money for the extra rolls with no problems. Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again. The wallpaper we bought is Gatsby and we love it.”

“The two stars are for the beautiful pattern - petite peonies. I wish, however, I had listened to the first decorator I approached who said the sample was of poor quality. I ignored the advice and another experienced decorator took on the job. I ordered eleven rolls (£825.00 +postage) for my hall, stairs and landing. I rang to ask about your own brand paste which you had previously said should be used, to be told it was not in stock but to use any good quality paste. So the job was done but two problems occurred- the Solvite paste stuck to the pattern of the paper and wouldn’t wipe off, so looks a mess. Also, the last roll taken out of the lovely box had a darker shade of cream background to the other ten! My stairs go up the middle of the house and, on descent, the wall in front has two different shades of cream. I will have to start again after a time of reflection but am so disappointed that, although you have the very finest of designs, the quality lets them down - especially being of British manufacture, which I always support.”
