Not only are their prices amazing, their staff are a dream to deal with, the sales staff know their stuff which is beyond helpful, plus they are friendly and professional. Ops and delivery were accurate, prompt and courteous. Had a minor issue with a sink and the customer service was second to none, problem solved in 24 hours. “Bought a pastel green Smeg fridge, kettle and toaster and delighted with them all. Fabulous service, best price I could find for Smeg fridge. Delivery people unpacked the fridge and installed it but did not take away the huge box and wooden packaging so needed a trip to the tip. This was the only negative point so overall a very happy customer!”

Many thanks for your kind review. We are pleased you are delighted with the price and your appliances . Due to the high cost of commercial refuse collection we are currently unable to remove packaging on orders. However most cardboard packaging will be taken away free of charge by your local refuse collection.

“I had great trouble finding a specific Smeg oven with matching microwave and extract hood in silver glass that was out of stock everywhere or waiting for a new version to arrive. I must have rang 12 stockists who could not help. I could not get much sense or indeed help from Smeg customer service either. But when I contacted Long Eaton, Terry was extremely helpful he tracked down the models found when they were arriving from Italy and double checked with the Smeg rep they all matched which was not clear from Smegs website. All products arrived earlier than expected and are perfect, so very pleased with service as well as price”

“Spent a long time looking for the best price for a Siemens iq700 oven with microwave, obviously looking for the best price but also delivery costs. I found that a lot of English companies did not include Scotland within their standard delivery which was very frustrating as I am in Central Scotland not in the Islands! Long Eaton were not the cheapest but offered me a very competitive price, with excellent customer service and no hidden delivery charges. Communication from the company was also excellent as they kept me updated as to when my order arrived in stock and when it was sent out for delivery. I would definitely purchase from them again.”
