“I recently completed Civil and Commercial Mediation training and found it to be an exceptional professional experience. The course leaders were deeply knowledgeable and brought real clarity to complex concepts, balancing theory with practical, hands‑on application. “The London School of Mediation course was very comprehensive. The role plays give you a real insight and opportunity to practice the days learning. The Tutors were very knowledgeable and passionate which was evident in their teaching. I would recommend LSM without any hesitation for their teaching and continued support there after.”

“The course at the London School of Mediation was excellent. The role plays allowed me to learn on the job, providing invaluable hands-on experience. The teachers were very efficient and thorough, leaving no stone unturned in their teaching. They made sure that all questions were answered, staying until every concern was addressed. “I completed the IMI recognised mediation course (part time) and was impressed by the quality of the materials, delivery and knowledge and approach of the tutors. Further, the other attendees were also excellent. I can't recommend this course highly enough.”

“The course is comprehensive and educational. Having a lot of role plays allows participants to practice in a simulated realistic situation. Tutors were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Overall, I am glad I attended the course. I only have one suggestion. Since not all participants are UK citizens, the local accent, speed of conversations and British expressions create some challenges at times especially for participants coming from abroad like me. I sugget to speak slower and louder to help overcome this challenge.”

“Amazing course. Teachers were very enthusiatic and experienced. They made it fun and easy to learn what was an intensive amount of learning in a week. There were many role-play scenarios that we took part in, ensuring that we have ample practical experience of being a mediatior. Overall, the course was very well organised and professional. Would recommend to anyone wanting to become a mediator or wanting to add mediation into their repetiore of career skills.”

“The course is excellent. There is nothing that can be said negatively about the content or the trainers. BUT, having done the course a couple of years ago, they are very misleading with regard to the opportunities available for mediators. Our group have kept in touch with each other and not one of the twelve of us has gone on to mediate excepting myself. I do it as a charity volunteer. All of us have tried as hard as we can, with three people investing considerable sums of money to try and set themselves up in practice. Go and do the course for experience, but do not be mislead into thinking this will get you a mediating career - it won't. Recent discussions at the CMC have highlighted this problem but the CMCs money comes from members subscriptions and so there is little incentive for them to warn trainees that there are no opportunities to get into practice as a mediator.”

“I have nothing but positive feedback on the London School of Mediation, having recently taken their five-day accreditation course. Mediation is 'on the up' for good reason. I am keen to become involved and feel I couldn't have chosen a better organisation through which to learn the ropes. The tutors, experienced practising mediators themselves, make a great team and were fun and engaging throughout; and the course materials are very well done. Very highly recommended.”
