“Great Service, over email and delivery today - beautiful reclaimed bricks. The driver was very efficient, punctual, helpful and polite, happy to drop my order in an alternative spot across the road when the vehicle was too large for the foreseen space. Informative, fast and friendly email response from the manager. Thank you very much.”

“I recently purchased some reclaimed bricks from London Reclaimed Brick Merchants and I am extremely happy with the product. The sales staff, Michael and Aimee, were very helpful and the delivery driver, Bobby, was prompt and courteous. The quality of the bricks was excellent, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reclaimed bricks”

“An expensive mistake! London Reclaimed Brick Merchants sent bricks that looked nothing like the picture on the website. They look purple! No discount on replacements. They couldn't care less.”

“Very bad service. At first wrong bricks arrived , then I was lied to on the phone that those are the right bricks. When they came with the right order they were late few hours and bricks were very poor quality. Wasted a whole day waiting. They advertise as next day delivery but you have to wait three days for a delivery. Not happy with the company at all. Will not use again and I advise you not to use it either. Very very bad!”

“I brought some bricks from here to match my house, the match was almost near perfect. The best I could found anywhere. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing bricks, oh and they also sell other reclaimed things. I will definitely be returning for some stone. Thank you guys :-)”

“ordered amount was not be delivered , The brick was left 100m away from the site address no one call prior the delivery time and says it was delivered as we find out it self it is the ouer brick next day ,as it was blocked the neighbor car.”
