Hi Dawn We`re sorry you are disappointed. We are also very disappointed. We sent out your order the following day (20th) that your order was placed. It has been recorded by Royal Mail that it was delivered on the following day (21st) again. You made us aware on the 26th that it hadnt been delivered and now its too late to repost cards. We didnt personally tell you it was delivered, we can only go with the information Royal Mail has issued on your tracking number. Unfortunately this is out of our control. As you will see by our reviews Royal Mail normally have an excellent service. We`ve sent you an email.

Hi Catherine We have sent you two emails, could you check your spam folder as we havent heard back from you. Your order was returned to us by Royal Mail as the address provided was incompete. I have refunded your order yesterday as requested.
