“We were a couple of gifts short from our recent trip yo Scotland but whilst we were there we purchased some lovely hand made wooden coaster. Luckily the made by details were on the sticker and they had a website. Ordered a couple of more and they arrived within a few days and updates were provided throughout. The coasters came wrapped and protected and exactly as expected. There was a lovely note from the seller in there too. I would recommend 100%.”

“Well we all thought this card was a real "Hoot" and my friend's husband (Scottish of course) has had it framed and put in pride of place on the mantlepiece! Absolutely brill card, for someone who has just had negative news re his health. Thank you all for making some ones day brighter.”

“Ordered 3 as 2 of my adult children moved into new homes, one in Denmark and one to Glasgow, and we moved into a new home as well. I wanted something that is scottish and made in Scotland and the Little Thistle gift shop ticked that box. The items are well made and arrived on time. We all like them. Well Done”

“The scarves are lovely but what impressed me more was that they actually contacted me by phone to point out that I could’ve chosen another scarf as part of their buy 2 get 1 free deal. I had bought 2 originally, missing their offer! How amazing to be phoned and told I could have another added absolutely free. The lovely lady on the phone sorted it all out cheerfully and I received 3 beautiful scarves…..thank you so much! Amazing customer service!”
