Last year, I was approached by Lite Regal to work as an assistant teacher. Accepting that job was the biggest mistake I ever made. Firstly, the summer school has no infrastructure. Milan did not have any official collaboration with the University of London, or University of Cambridge and was strategically hiring people that taught or studied there so that they would be able to gain access to the buildings. As such, the 'lessons' were being taught in random common rooms/public foyers etc. There was no curriculum and the students were bored out of their minds. Secondly, I found out that a lot of the 'students' were actually young adults in their 20s who had been paid to pose as students due to the low numbers of the summer school. When I confronted Milan about this, he intimidated those young adults, asking why they had told me and threatened to not pay them as a result. They told me this. Finally, when I decided to leave the role, for obvious reasons, Milan did not pay me. Despite me signing a contract, I was never paid for my hours, nor reimbursed for the money I had spent on students during my time there. I know this to be the case for numerous other teachers, as well as the 'students' that were hired. All in all, Lite Regal is a scam. Do not send your child here and do not pay any money.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! They charge so much but deliver so little. On the website the courses look very prepared and official. In reality, they’re not affiliated with any universities they claim to be in. The tutors are hired last minute and are overworked. PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else. DO NOT give these scammers (Milan and his “assistant” Rechelle) any money.

We were completely scammed by Lite Regal. Our daughter was enrolled for the architecture summer school. The communication from them was minimal, which should have warned us. The venue was adverstised as UCL. It turned out that the tutor was a university student. My daughter was the only student enrolled for architecture. UCL had no connection with this provider. We have lodged a police complaint and will contact the Citizen Advice Bureau shortly. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this scam.

Their summer course was a complete fraud. They took approx 4450 pounds from me to deliver a 2 week architecture summer course. As I was in Hong Kong, everything was done on email and I never met him in person. They claimed it would be based at UCL (I have emails) and would be delivered by experienced teachers. This turned out to be completely untrue. They had no permission from UCL to run anything in their premises. In fact UCL has sent them a cease-and-desist letter to stop associating their company with UCL and have banned them from their premises. They didn't have any experienced teachers- just hired some 3rd year University students who had no checks to teach minors and no qualifications to teach the course. I would advise you not to touch this company with a barge pole.

If there was a zero star option I would have used it. Paid £1,500 for our daughter to get advertised ‘medical experience’. Meeting in their ‘office’ was non-existent office (security confirmed regal do not have an office in the building) where a driver met my daughter and two other poor students who had flown over from overseas for 3 weeks for advertised medical experience! They were placed in a north london private GP practise with one GP who left them to look at the Regal website for first 4 hours and then spent a grand total of 20 minutes on day 1 ‘teaching’ them how to take blood pressure. Clearly completely not interested and paid to put up with the students and simply park them! Suppose to go to physio practise pm - of course that didn’t happen either Our daughter has not returned for rest of week - complete waste of time and a scam that I would advise everybody to avoid We’ve just lodged a complaint with with Trading Standards office where thankfullyI have very senior connections and they are commencing an investigation to shut these scam artists down

Please take time to read this! In short - they did not provide the service that they advertised in their website or handbook. They claimed that my daughter's two week engineering course would take place in Cambridge University, that she would meet lots of new people, and that their timetable would be packed with cultural and sporting activities. NONE of this happened! After day 3 we pulled her out as she had still not stepped foot in the University, had any meals there as per handbook, we had not received a timetable, nothing was planned, and her class consisted of her and a young male teacher (no name or evidence of qualifications provided). The little teaching she had took place in a public library. We were now concerned for her safety especially given the accommodation arrangements. We spoke to them and sent various emails so they knew our concerns. They lied to us and are now not taking our calls and ignoring our emails. Very quick to take your money but ignoring request for refund!

I applied for one week medical internship May/June last year with lite regal, due to visa issues I could not attend. I have requested multiple times for a refund, just silence on my refund. This is extremely disappointing for a company that wants to promote education but cannot refund fees & refuse to reply to my emails.

My 18 year old daughter applied in July 19 for a 2week international law course followed by a 2 week internship in a law firm for a total of nearly 7000£. She was told 3 days before starting that the course would take place in Cambridge instead of London. On the first day, she was completely alone with juste one law teacher that had been hired a week earlier and who did not know what to teach her. She was in a group of 12 year old kids far from the student group aged 18 -24 she was supposed to be part of there. She came home after 3 days and since then, we are struggling to get a refund. No one takes our demand into consideration and I did not get any answer to my many requests to try to understand what happened . I really thought Lite Regal Education was a trustfull organization knowing that they have many recognized acccreditions . I have no idea on how I will settle this situation with them even if I am still willing to believe that things will sort out. I of course will make sure to post a new review as soon as Lite Regal comes back to me with a solution to the issue we are facing. In the meantime, the only advice is surely not to apply for any of the courses the splendid internet web site offers !!! Lots of promises but none of them have been kept.
