“Reported a fault this morning at 9.10. The receptionist said the engineer is in the area .and would call . At 9.50 engineer arrived tested system and replaced battery. Excellent service by ethan.”

“Had system installed shortly after buying new-build house in 1999. Have had a service visit every year since then and no problems at all. Visiting engineer always seems to be friendly and cheerful. Very comfortable with Link Alarms and would be happy to use them again in the unlikely event of me moving house.”
