“Reported a fault this morning at 9.10. The receptionist said the engineer is in the area .and would call . At 9.50 engineer arrived tested system and replaced battery. Excellent service by ethan.”

“I have been a customer of Link Alarms fo r several years. I have remained a customer because of the great customer service and quality of your products. Over several years I have only called Link Alarms once to take a look at a fault with my alarm. The fault was resolved quickly. I receive a yearly reminder when my service is due this is always when it is the best time for me. During my last service I noticed on the van Link Alrms also fitted smoke detector. I enquired about replacing my smoke detector which was over 10 years old. They checked it would be compatible with my alarm before fitting. The smoke detector was fitted I am really happy with my digital smoke detector. There are no pushy sales staff just great customer service.”

“I have been using Link Alarms for the service and maintenance of my alarm system for the past 3 years. Always a pleasure to deal with. Have had a different engineer each time and all have been lovely. The first engineer who visited me has also been during out of hours for a fault and really enjoy chatting to him about cooking. The lady in the office is lovely and always accommodates my early morning visits due to my hospital appointments. I would highly recommend Link to anyone who requires a alarm system.”

“A great alarm firm to deal very copetitive prices and nice people to deal with. Ive used this firm for 6 years for my home alarm and never had any problems and they service your systems aswell for insurance and peace of mind.”

“My alarms arrived within 5 working days. Managed to link them up to the remote as the instructions and video were easy to follow. Easy to test with the remote. I had looked at other companies but because I needed 2 carbon monoxide alarms they were charging £350 for a set package and providing more alarms than I needed. The pick and mix option saved me over £100. Thank you I feel saver in my home and happy in the knowledge that the alarms comply with the new legislation.”

“So my alarm system arrived today. What I like about this company, is that you can pick and mix, making a bundle to your own requirements. The instructions only worked if you purchased a remote control so was to begin with, a little frustrating. However, one email asking for help later and I received an instant reply with a we are too busy to help response but with all the instructions attached. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. Affordable alarms at a time when others are cashing in due to the change in legislation, are not hard to come by and I would highly recommend this product and the company supplying it. You do need to fit the alarms yourself but I knew that when ordering. Thanks guys, I'll be back if I ever need smoke or heat alarms again.”
