“Link Alarms installed our alarm system several years ago and service it annually. They send me a reminder to book a service and booking is easy and convenient. The same engineer has visited us now for several years and he is very professional and the service is excellent value. My parents alarm system has been in need of updating and Link Alarms gave us some very good advice for them as OAP's. Overall an excellent service and I would definitely recommend.”

“What a jolly man Paul is. Look forward to his visit each year. Was disappointed this year when Paul was not available on the only day I had off but had an excellent visit off Craig, lovely lad. Highly recommend.”

“I had a few quotes from different companies for a new wireless alarm but was very pleased with the level of service I received whilst arranging the quotation. The lady in the office was very knowledgeable and great to talk to and Paul and Tom who came to give me the quote and also fit my alarm were exceptional. Their prices are very reasonable and even though I could have had an alarm fitted for less by numerous one man bands once I researched what they were fitting I was horrified by the reviews. The system fitted by Link came top out of all of them. There is a saying 'pay cheap pay twice'. Don't be fooled and ripped off like I very nearly was by these other so called alarm companies. Thank you to the team at Link. Good Luck in growing the business. I am sure you will do great. Jayne Cavanagh.”

“What can I say, excellent service from this fabulous company once again. I have been using Link Alarms for nearly 23 years having recently updated my alarm to their new app alarm, simple to use and Tom explained it to me in layman's terms which was great for a 63 year old non-technical lady. I have been impressing all my friends by setting and un-setting my alarm from my phone also have the piece of mine knowing if my alarm does go off my phone will tell me immediately. I can honestly say I have received an A* service as always. Great team. Keep up the good work. Majorie Barton.”

“Very reliable and friendly and helpful service. Second annual visit and batteries on detectors changed quickly and a new exit and entry route programmed. Can't fault this company, when one of my fobs was showing a fault both were replaced f.o.c. as part of the annual maintenance agreement. Well worth the money for peace of mind!!”

“Had a couple of quotes for a new alarm system, Paul, who is not a salesman but an alarm engineer explained clearly what he thought we would need and gave us a price for installation. We added an additional sensor to cover the garage and went for the phone app too. This pushed the price up a little but we consider it worthwhile. The installation was very efficient and took only a couple of hours as the system is wireless. Overall we are extremely pleased by the service given by Link Alarms and would recommend to all.
