I ordered them on the phone and spoke to a very helpful person at the Lighting Room who answered all my questions clearly. The delivery was quite quick. Our electrician installed them this morning.
My only criticism is not of the Lighting Room but is of the manufacturers, a Danish company called DÄR.
There is the option on the instruction leaflet from DÄR LIGHTING GROUP, which was enclosed with the lights, to extend the 2 year warranty to 5 years.
I have to complete the “simple form” that can be downloaded from their website. So far this evening I’ve spent over half an hour trying to fill in the details asked for - without any success. I’ll try again another day but SIMPLE it is not!
This is not the fault of the supplier, the Lighting Room, who provided a good service. It‘s the manufacturer’s warranty that is giving me problems and it does make me wonder if they actually welcome people wishing to accept the offer of the 5 year warranty extension.
To be clear, the supplier did not mention the extended warranty so I repeat, there was no mis-selling on their part.”
