“Whilst of course they're online, it was good to be able to actually go to the store and get advice on the right outside lights for us. Not a cheap option for the ones we chose but we're really happy with them, they're quality fittings and look fab now they're installed.”
“The lights arrived a few days after ordering them. They arrived very well packaged and was kept informed of delivery process throughout. Had them installed yesterday but not put the shades on yet due to still having messy work done around the house, but they look lovely, very pleased with them. I'm sure they'll look great when the shades go on.”
“We are delighted with our Easel Floor lamp, thank you! It is exactly what we were looking for and it is very high quality finish and design. It arrived very well packed and in perfect condition AND several days earlier than initially predicted.”
“Fabulous service throughout. Jo was so helpful & friendly. We had to exchange the original order as we measured wrongly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great to be able to go to an actual shop as well having the ‘online’ facility. We will definitely be back”
“I would like to give 5 stars to the packing team, my lamp was so well packaged.
The lamp is exactly as it looked on line very pleased with my purchase and would definitely use the Lighting room again.”
“Quality product that arrived very quickly - was concerned when read other reviews about long waits for delivery but our 2 bathroom lights arrived well packaged within 48hrs, . The lights look much more expensive than they were and were easy to install.”
