I am however happy to mark Lighting Room up due to the great communication that followed. Jo's emails and other messages were clear. Anticipated date for new supply, delivery dates and method of delivery were all set out and progress confirmed. This customer service is so often lacking in many companies, hence my positive view after initial disappointment. The only issue I had with the lamp is that the large lampshade has to balance quite precariously on the lamp itself and ends up sitting a bit wonky at times, which is a bit of a design miss-step for such a stunning piece.
