“Highly recommended. This is the second property i have used Lifestyle in Ilkeston. From the start helping us pick our windows & door design, keeping us up to date every step of the way. Checking in everything going ok during the fitting too. The fitters are great very professional putting covers down so there’s no mess. & very well mannered & polite. The prices are really good too, i never bother looking anywhere else.. If we move again we will definitely use Lifestryle. Big thanks to all staff involved making sure everything went smoothly.”

“Lifestyle Windows & Conservatories replaced our conservatory roof as the old roof was leaking badly. Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had, as it was the first big project we had done to our house. Every member of the team we came in contact with was professional, knowledgeable and honest! The work was done on time, quickly and efficiently, and they worked around our work schedules. On their advice, we went from a dull slanted roof to a glass edwardian style roof which has made the conservatory look bigger, brighter and so much better! The work was done in June, and it is now September, and so far no leaks! Highly recommend Lifestyle Windows & Conservatories.”

“Great customer service: from the initial call to arrange a quote to the checking-in email following the installation. No hard sale, no pushing like other big companies do. Emails are answered within 24 hours or even faster, everything is communicated in time. Very happy with the service and the product, reasonable prices. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“Really pleased with the window installation from Lifestyle once again. I had some front windows & a door 4 years ago so asked for a quote for the side & rear windows when they needed to be changed. The price was still competitive & the whole process to installation was seamless. The fitters were excellent (my installation coincided with the worst 2 days of weather in a long time). Thankfully though they covered the carpets well & did a thorough clean afterwards so they did a brilliant job. The scaffolders required for access over the rear extension were also friendly and excellent too. The windows look great & the whole process was smooth so I’m delighted with the service & finished product! 😀.”

“I am a previous customer. A few years ago, Lifestyle installed a sliding patio door. They provided a reasonable quote for the installation. What impressed me was they had great attention to detail, making sure that it was as we had wanted. Recently we decided to change the sliding patio door to a 2 door system. I asked Lifestyle to quote for the job and again the price was reasonable for the work involved. Again the attention to detail was to insure that the finished work would be exactly what we wanted. We were given a start date for the work to be carried out. unfortunately I had to ask for a change of start date. What was really good, is that with out fuss they managed to fit my job in, a day earlier. What was also great is the fitters arrived on time and got on with the task of fitting the new doors. No fuss, did a great job and it looks great. I would commend their company to anyone who is looking for a company to quote for similar work to be done.”

“We have been very happy with the whole process after recently having two windows replaced. We cannot praise all the Lifestyle team starting with Liz who was very helpful during our initial design consultations. Our installation team, Anthony and Daniel were fantastic and they took great care in their work and we are very happy with the result. “Lifestyle Windows have just completed the replacement of all the doors, windows and patio door to our property. The whole process has been so straightforward from our initial enquiry, through quotation, site measurement, installation and follow up inspection. Every member of the team has been so helpful and polite and listened to what we wanted and went out of their way to ensure the whole process went smoothly. In my opinion Lifestyle Windows goes out of their way to make sure good old fashioned customer service comes top of their priorities. “We chose Lifestyle because of reasonable pricing and their listening and non-pushy approach. We have used them twice before and have always been happy with their work. This time they replaced the roof on our conservatory (that they had constructed approx 20 years ago). As you can see from the photos it looks great and should allow the room to be used all year round.”

“As a returning customer, when I needed a bi-fold door and window for my extension, I had no hesitation in asking Chris for a quote. Once again, an excellent job was done. The whole team are polite, knowledgeable, and respectful providing great customer experience. “we visited Lifestyles Showroom in Ilkeston based on the quality of the website. We spoke with Damien at the showroom and he seemed to know exactly what we were looking for and the look we wanted, he came round and measured up for us and we discussed what we wanted and he was very helpful and not at all pushy, we got the quote a few days later and were very happy. a thorough survey was carried out and the details were agreed. The fitters Ant & Dan were great from the start and always kept us informed when a small snag came up and we worked together to resolve it to our satisfaction i cannot speak more highly of them. we are delighted with our new windows and Door and Lifestyle have more than exceeded our expectations, i will highly recommend them to anyone, BRILLIANT !!.”

“We were very pleased with the work carried out by Lifestyle Windows. From our 1st visit to give us a quote to the 2 brilliant lads who fitted our Windows, I can find only positives to say. They finished the fitting in 4 days and were so professional and friendly. The finished results were everything we had hoped for. We had had quotes from other companies and Lifestyle were very competitive and carried out the work to the highest standard. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Excellent customer care from start to finish.”

“We have just had our new Smart visifold 1000 slim aluminium bifold doors installed by Lifestyle windows from Ilkeston. We really are very pleased both with the doors and the level of service from Lifestyle from start to finish including after service. We had dealt with a few window and door companies and had no real preference to deal with Lifestyle initially, we just wandered into their showroom to look at some products but as soon as we did things just felt right about Lifestyle. There was no sales pressure from Robert who showed us around, just good advice. When we asked for a quote Chris the owner was very prompt in getting a price to us, again with no sales pressure. Communication was always very easy with us getting an email or call back very quickly to any queries we had. Having agreed the product and price with Lifestyle, Dan the surveyor came out to measure up and check everything. He was very patient with me taking the time to explain a certain technical point with me three different ways until I was happy I understood it. We were given an installation date and the doors were duly fitted on that date by two great fitters Connor and his dad. On completing the installation they had noticed a very slight mark on one of the beadings which you could barely see. I hadn't noticed it but they pointed it out to me, took photos and assured me it would be replaced promptly and it was. This showed their attention to detail and demonstrated their prompt aftersales service. In summary everything from start to finish dealing with Lifestyle was easy and efficient and everything ran very smoothly. The product is great and was competitively priced. Thank you very much to Chris and his great team! We can definitely recommend Lifestyle and would use them again.”

“We were wanting to have new windows, doors and to replace our old conservatory with a new one. We had seen some work that Lifestyle had carried out on a similar property to ours on the road where we live, so we decided to give them a call for a quote. We were very happy with their quote and the product pictures and samples that were shown to us, we did not even bother to get another quote, we decided to go with Lifestyle there and then. When the work was started the Lifestyle team were friendly and professional with how they carried out their work. Everything just ran like clockwork from fitting the new conservatory, the windows and the new external doors. All of our neighbours have commented how nice they all look. When the Lifestyle team are working they take away all of the old debris, there was nothing left for us to dispose of at all. The other thing that we have been very impressed with is the Lifestyle after sales service, if we have wanted any advice you can just drop them an email and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are even prepared to pop out back to your property. In today's market it is very difficult to find a company who are prepared to give the customer, the support after the sale as when they do before the sale. I can honestly say that the Lifestyle work ethic has impressed myself & my wife from the start and long may it continue as we are confident to recommend Lifestyle to all of our family and friends.”

“After opting for Lifestyle Windows & Conservatories the experience from start to finish was excellent. Firstly a very informative tour of the showroom to look at doors with expertise from Chris and minus any sort of hard sell. The order selection/process was straightforward and communication throughout was spot on. A quick and easy survey was carried out and a competitive quote confirmed. Anthony and Daniel installed the door. They arrived on time and were very tidy and professional with everything they did, taking time to explain what they’d done before leaving. The style and quality of the door has exceeded my expectations, and I would happily recommend this company based on my experiences.”

“Great service from start to finish, price was very good for the doors . Security features were great. Delivery was on time and doors were stored safely and were undamaged during fitting. Every detail was dealt with , fitters cleaned up and senior management were very good and ensured everything went according to plan. We would use them again without a doubt.”

“After much deliberation we chose Lifestyle to replace our old UPVC windows and front door. Great experience from start to finish. No pushy sales person but plenty of advice and a well stocked showroom to see the various options. Fitters, Ant and Dan, were excellent and we are very happy with the installation.
