“Excellent service. I needed a UPVC door fitting in a reasonable time frame for my elderly father. Chris turned out the same day as enquiry and I had a quote within very quickly, which was far better than any other. Communication throughout was excellent and door was fitted on exact date advised. Lovely neat job ,fitter was excellent. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.”

“Our Conservatory (approximately 20years old and originally supplied by Lifestyle) sustained extensive damage to every roof panel in a freak hailstorm a few months ago. We contacted Lifestyle, and the owner, Chris came out and gave us a quote to replace the roof. We obtained several other quotes but none came anywhere near the quote Lifestyle gave us. We agreed to have the work done and this last Saturday, two members of Lifestyles team, Anthony and Daniel came to our home and replaced the roof. They arrived on time, were courteous, and worked non stop throughout the day, even continuing to work longer than usual in order to complete the job on the day. They're work was excellent, they explained exactly what they were doing as they went along, and carried out each stage with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to us. On completion they left the house and garden clean and tidy. We are thoroughly happy with the work carried out. Throughout our dealings with Lifestyle, we have received excellent service, being kept updated at every stage of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for Windows, doors, etc or as in our case repairs.”

“We have just had all our windows and doors replaced by Lifestyle, and we are extremely happy with the result. We received quotes before proceeding with Lifestyle, but it was the thoroughness of the initial consultation that swung it, as well as a competitive price, of course. We have been impressed by the timely, clear and thorough communication from Chris and the whole team throughout the process. Email communication was very efficient- any queries answered by return, and always on the same day. Antony and Dan, who completed the install clearly worked very hard and very swiftly. Their attention to detail and knowledge was amazing and they consulted with us, when required, at every stage. For example, in advising on the colour of the sealant around the windows to match our brickwork. They also made sure we were happy with everything as they went along. Regarding the payment plan, we were really impressed by the fact that, if required, 10% of the final payment could be held back until any outstanding issues are resolved. We didn't need to take advantage of this but what wonderful facility to have in place for customer peace of mind. We are now enjoying our new windows and doors. Many thanks.”

“Our 34 year old conservatory was showing signs of it's age. The hardwood frame was beginning to rot, the french door stuck and the polycarbonate roof leaked periodically. Despite adding some roof insulation it still suffered from temperature extremes. We wanted to keep the existing base but have a solid roof and sought to use a local company. We contacted a number of firms who were either unable or unwilling to fulfill our needs. We visited Lifestyle's showroom in Ilkeston and were very impressed with what they were able to offer. We arranged a home visit and were provided with a quotation and clear outline of what would be provided. At no point was there any pressure to proceed. We asked that the work be carried out and a site survey was arranged. They expressed some concerns about the design but Lifestyle explained solutions. Again there was no pressure to continue if we were not happy with the design. Installation was carried out in two stages. The initial installation took five days and was followed later by the plastering of the ceiling. The installers and plasters were professional throughout and explained all aspects of the work. We are extremely pleased with the finished conservatory. It is notably cooler in the heat of summer. All work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and is guaranteed, it has been checked by independent surveyors to check compliance with building regulations. Throughout the process we have been impressed with the professionalism of Lifestyle. No pressure selling, informed at all stages, time lines clear and adhered to, and queries answered promptly. It has been a very pleasing experience and we will not hesitate to use Lifestyle again.”

“We had several quotes for new windows and a door and there was very little in it but we chose Lifestyle as we thought their products were of a higher quality and the guarantee they provided was far longer than any other supplier. We chose the casement styled windows in white with the regulation trickle vents along the head of the frame rather than in the actual opening lights. From outside, the vent looks like a weather drip just like an original casement window, so blending in very neatly. The surveyor was very thorough, measuring up with a laser level and everything fitted bang on. The fitters were bang on time and would respond to requests immediately, such as knocking out the original pieces of brickwork either side the window cills and replacing with one piece cut to size, super neat. Nice to see the extended cills into the brickwork in a traditional manner rather then the trend nowadays to cut them flush. We had a window part bricked up and Alan the plasterer was exceptional, it looked like it had always been like it. Overall, the windows and door look fantastic and very happy with the service provided by the team at Lifestlye.”

“From our first meeting with Damien who provided the quote for our conservatory, to the completion of the work by Tony and Bill. the service provided by Lifestyle has been exemplary. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and any questions we had, were answered without delay. Tony and Bill were great, their work excellent and the fact that they cleared up at the end of the day made life with two dogs really easy as we didn't have to worry that they'd pick up something they shouldn't. As my husband said, the care they took was as though they were working on their own homes. The conservatory itself is wonderful, exactly what we wanted - we're already making good use of it and will do for years to come. We would definitely use Lifestyle again and recommend them to others.”

“we were very pleased with the service we received from Lifestyle Windows. The windows are excellent quality, and the whole experience was positive from start to finish. The workmen were friendly, professional, and worked really well as a team. “I cannot recommend lifestyle windows enough. From the first meeting to completion they have been professional friendly and couldn't do enough to make the process smooth and easy. The employees were helpful lovely and cleaned up after themselves. We are so pleased with the finished roof and new windows. The old conservatory was unbearably hot but even in the recent heatwave it comfortable to be in there, a massive difference. A well deserved 5 stars”

“We have had a real roof put onto our existing conservatory, the difference has been huge the room is exactly that now , no longer an after thought it looks stylish and chic . During this incredibly hot weather we have found the space to be now usable and maintains a much better temperature. The work was completed by an excellent team , each stage worked seamlessly to get the job done fast with minimal disruption. Could not be happier !!”
