“Issues started with water running down the inside of a window they had installed Things got worse, outside.”

Hi, as previously advised a pressure washer is too powerful for cleaning. It will force water in a window, door or roof. We do make notes about maintenance within the pack we send out before starting work. You will be fine using a normal hose and letting water fall down like rain or with much less pressure.

“Started off well but Conservatory did not fit, sharp edges left exposed, parts missing, parts not cut correctly, customer service is dreadful. Chris the manager did not listen to me and talked to me like I was stupid. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

I am sorry you feel this way. The conservatory was supplied on a DIY basis. The conservatory does fit. I feel your installer did not have the relevant experience for fitting aluminum products, they are very different to PVCu. I was not contacted until almost the end of the build, had he reported difficulties he was having to me along the way I could have helped. You are quite right you had three components missing (end caps etc) which I offered to send a team to install. I don't feel like I spoke to you like you were stupid however as I tried to explain at the time the information your installer was giving you was not correct. Difficult for you I understand but had I been contacted instead of trying to resolve issues yourself you would not have experienced the stress you have. I don't think it is relevant to the above but we bent over backwards to get you quite specialized products supplied in an unusually short lead time to satisfy the constraints of your project. We have had the outstanding components available for some time but we have not been allowed on site to fit them. I would point out that we offered this as a gesture as the goods were supplied on a DIY basis.
