“On the whole yes, however poor communication from yourselves towards the later end of the case which left me wondering what was happening with my claim.”

“Very happy with the service LawPus provided. Ben kept me updated of how the claim was progressing and even though it seemed to take a long time we got there in the end. I wouldn’t have done the claim myself so I was very happy with the outcome.”

“Polite, efficient staff, kept me informed, gave help when I needed it. If I have a criticism it is purely that I would have liked to keep a little more of my compensation!!”

“LawPlus handled my financial compensation claim with dogged but polite determination. Although the process dragged on, this was not the solicitors' fault, but the nature of the claim. I was kept informed of everything along the way, and treated with calm professionalism. The costs were made clear from the start and that money was earned, as the claim wasn't straightforward.”
