“Awful, no win no fee claim (which I don't remember even doing) unclear why I now have a 420 bill from them. Awful company. Stay away.”

“I am a vulnerable person with severe anxiety and depression I have been tortured by this company my partner and I emailed on the 5th December 2025 to tell them I was with another company I have been getting texts and emails several times a week they sent this warning to me yesterday 17/9/2026 .. Unless payment in full or a reasonable proposal is received within 7 days, the matter may be referred for external recovery or legal action without further notice.”

“This firm have said I submitted a claim with them for missold car finance .I didn't I have tried phoning they don't answer the phones so I emailed them but they are adamant I did as it is an electronic signature anyway received a invoice from them cancellation fees of £420 been in touch with the legal ombudsman about them they are crooks just on the bandwagon”

“quite simply the worst company I've had the misfortune to have had dealings with they refuse to take calls the directors do not return calls the receptionist is very obstructive and unhelpful the customer support is non existent . all they seem to want to do is send out invoices and when queried refuse to verify when the work was carried out .”

“Terrible company to deal with .sent someone else’s e mail for an Arnold Clarke claim to me . Got my name wrong on my own claim . Sent me a bill to cancel .when I queried it they with drew the bill and decided they had sent the wrong format and sent another one. Their customer support stinks . All they want is your cash . I won’t ever deal with them again and would advise anyone else to think twice.”

“There was an up and down situation but managed to get through it. The woman that was my solicitor was great always asking what I wanted and saying what she think was best and working together to get a solution. The price i think was reasonable and I believe due to the solicitor I had i got the best outcome so thank you.”

“I found law plus very helpful and informative on our claim. We dealt with Gail who kept us informed all the way through the claim and gave us what we thought to be very good advice . Always willing to discuss verbally if we needed something explaining which we couldn’t understand that was in the emails. Overall we would be very happy to recommend law plus .”

“Hassle free from start to finish. I highly recommend LawPlus, my own insurance company didn't advise me on claiming for the injury and trauma I suffered, so I'm so grateful my passenger got in touch with them. Mine was settled and paid within 6 months, hers is taking a bit longer as her injury needs further physio.”
