“LawPlus have helped me to recoup 2/3 of my investment, from what has proved to be a complete failure in a pension investment, by representing my case for the maximum claim from the FSCS and succeeding. Having looked at the FSCS claims form I decided against making the claim myself and and let an expert claims advisor to deal with the matter entirely. Although the matter of the claim took a few months to complete I was kept informed by LawPlus throughout the procedure and am delighted in what I could otherwise perceive as being a complete loss in the investment. So thank you LawPlus for providing a little comfort for myself and wife.”
