“Lavender Clearances made an experience which could have been a nightmare; clearing a home of nearly seventy years, into something positive. From initial meeting to completion all the staff were punctual, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with great good humour. They were quick and efficient and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“Lavender service was bang on time, worry-free and efficient. The two-man team took the initiative and carried out the job completely on their own. The pair were enthusiastic and positive, despite parking and access problems at my site - no tut-tutting or head-scratching, just a quick and thorough job. I'd use them again in a second.”

“I contacted Chris Whiting at Lavender Clearances as the sale of my late parents' property was confirmed. He valued the job very professionally -and competitively. Despite the buyers changing their minds several times as to what they wanted left - Chris dealt with thse changes calmy - and with good humour - He is a great personal asset to the firm. The job was completed efficiently and although I have no further links with the area - and am therefore unlikely to use them again I would recommendprospctive clients to seek a quote.”

“We are a furniture removal company based in Northampton and used Lavender Clearances to carry out a massive property clearance for us earlier this year. They were very professional in every aspect and cleared a huge 10 bedroom convent in London quickly with no fuss or hassle. “Courteous and friendly team - arrived promptly and did a thorough job on house clearance. Phoned, as agreed, 30 mins before completion to allow inspection and checked that we were satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend to others for future work.”

“I chose Lavender Clearances as Chris answered the phone straight away, after I'd tried another firm and got a recorded message. He was friendly and helpful on the phone and when he called to give an estimate, and he also saved us money by advising that we didn't need to pay extra for cleaning. The guys who did the clearance were also pleasant and efficient. I didn't do any price comparisons, and we didn't see the house after they'd finished as we had to leave earlier. But the buyers have now moved in and we've had no complaints.”

“Lavender Clearances were brilliant! Their team worked non-stop to clear a whole lorry of rubbish from our new house and garden. The were fearless about tackling rotting wood, plastic and metal that had been dumped at the end of the garden. They were chirpy and energetic and very polite. They gave us a fast quote in advance and we were able to book them to come within a couple of days. Afterwards we felt as if a great weight had been lifted from our shoulders and out new property and we could start to live our lives. We highly recommend them.”
