“I've never had to use a house clearance company before but they did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, cleared out everything and vacuumed and communications were good. It was my mum's house that they cleared and she suffers from anxiety but she was made to feel at ease. Very happy with the service.”

“Chris and the Lavender team were helpful, flexible and highly effective from first contact through to execution. The job was a partial house clearance for my mother’s downsizing move into retirement accommodation. At all stages Chris was able to offer helpful and constructive advice. The clearance team were prompt and courteous , the nouse and garden were cleared swiftly and effectively. They did everything that I asked them to do with good humour. They cleaned up behind themselves and made the whole process as painless as possible. Highly recommended.”

“Thankyou for an excellent job well done.Chris turned up on time and gave a fair quote,and was honest in his appraisal.He gave me a firm date and time for the house clearance and the two guys who came today were on time methodical,clean ,tidy,and respectful as this was a bereavement clearance.They even hoovered the house when they finished.Would have no problem recommending this company,well done Lavender Clearance 5 stars.”

“My goodness!!! What an amazing team. Thank you all so much for making an emotional and stressful time so much easier. The house clearence took place 2 days ago in searing heat. The team worked so hard in such high temperature without one single moan. They were polite, calm and nothing was too much trouble. We are so grateful. Highly recommended Lavender house clearence. 5 stars plus!!”

“Excellent service. Friendly helpful and efficient - I couldn't have wished for better. They carried out a large and complex clearance of house, garden and various sheds and garages and did a brilliant job. I'd use them again without hesitation.”
