“We used Lavender clearances to clear the house of my late father. They were punctual ,hard-working and also very sensitive to the fact that the house had belonged to our father who had recently passed away. They made things as easy as possible for us for which we are hugely grateful. I would thoroughly recommend them to use For any clearance requirements.”

“Lavender were extremely efficient. Took away everything we had left in the house including the last dirty milk bottle ,so that we were able to provide vacant possession the next day. As we had lived in the house for 32 years we had a considerable amount of stuff we did not want. Lavender staff were very friendly and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again. Emma and Peter Letley”

“I needed to have my late father's house in Worcester Park cleared but, not living in the area myself, had no personal recommendations so I 'took a chance' on Lavender Clearances. The 'chance' paid off as the company were quick to respond to my request for a quote and were sensitive in their approach. The quote itself was very good and the professionalism of the contact led me to engage Lavender Clearances for the task. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently and I had no concerns about the results. I recommend Lavender Clearances to anyone recently bereaved who need professional house clearance.”

“These chaps were EXTREMELY helpful when dealing with a difficult site (not unhygienic, but there was a lot of stuff in the loft). The also cleared the garden and shed extremely efficiently. Not only that - they swept up afterwards and the site was visibly clear and very presentable. The cost was comparable to other companies, except they really could deal with everything unlike the other companies who I found after phoning had a list of exceptions and additional charges as long as your arm. They are fully licensed waste carriers (check on http://epr.environment-agency.gov.uk/) so they are not cutting corners either. Everyone from the chap I phoned up to book to the guys who did the work were polite and most helpful. They turned up when they said and did what they said. Highly recommended and I would absolutely use them again if I had the need.”
