“Mark and the rest of the gang turned up on time and done a first class job in the timeframe they stated. The end result of clearing my father in laws house of 50 yrs of living and hoarding was brilliant , they even swept up at the end so we didn't have to hoover. The house was left clear and ready to put on the market, and I would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks.”

“My rented property, was left in a awful state after tenants were evicted. Filthy state and load of rubbish left behind. Front and back garden completely over grown. Chris and his team, were absolutely brilliant. They worked non stop. I would certainly recommend them, and would definitely use them again, if ever I needed a house cleared. Miriam”

“I had to arrange for a house to be cleared over 200 miles from my place of residence. After a quick e-mail enquiry, Chris gave me a call, arranged to view the house and offered up a competitive quote for the work. The job was done quickly and efficiently without my ever having to do more than make sure that the key-holder knew when the team were calling round. I'd be happy to employ Lavender Clearances again, although I doubt that I'll ever have to, which is a shame.”

“Chris and his team provided an excellent service. They were punctual, courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and left the house swept and tidy when they had finished. It made the sad task of clearing my late fathers house much easier. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I found that Chris was very helpful and informative when he came to the house to provide the estimate, which was very reasonable. I had to go to the house the day after the clearance to take meter readings, and was impressed with the work done. I would heartily recommend Lavender to anyone.”

“Great service from Lavender Clearances. Chris - the owner of the company - came and talked through the quote and the options. On the day agreed for the house clearance his team arrived promptly as arranged, worked quickly and methodically, were polite, cheerful and courteous and left everything neat and tidy when they left. They did a great job and I'm happy to recommend them.”
