“What I loved most was how modest the active wear was for me. And how it felt on my skin. I love everything about the hoodie especially the neck and the bottom part. The straight leg on the trousers was what really draw me in. To be able to find a set that matches is something I thought I wouldn't ever find until I stumbled across LA Nation. I felt in love with the active wear before even purchasing and when I decided to I had to get it twice. The only thing I would say is improve on the quality after 1 wash the stitches started to come out. I would pay again for it as I love this active wear so much. It has become my daily wear aside from Gym. I just think the quality needs to improve and i like I said I would pay for it again even if the price went up but the quality definitely needs to improve for longevity.”

“The quality of cycling shorts looks really good to a fair price unfortunately my daughter changed her mind and we have to return it. I wasnt happy with the returns service. You should send a return label in my order and deduct £1.99 once the return was made like many shops do to make it easier and with less hassle for the customer. I paid nearly £5 in recorded delivery to ensure the item arrived to you and left with empty hands.”

Hi Ruth, Thanks for your feedback, Ruth! We really appreciate it. As a company, we have discussed the issue of charging for returns like some other companies do - but believe that this is a detriment to most customers. We do provide a free returns label to customers if their product is damaged or faulty. Likewise, if they are returning the order for an exchange or store credit. This is all highlighted within our Refund Policy page and our Returns process system. Unfortunately, when it is simply a change of mind then the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us using their choice of courier. We then refund their order excluding the initial delivery charge - we do not charge a returns fee. Again, thank you for your feedback!
