“One wash and the item fell apart”

Hi Valerie We have received your email in which you highlighted the issue of the product falling apart in the wash and would like to apologise again for the fault in this product. It is the first time that this has happened to any of our products and will issue a full refund once we receive the goods back. We have provided you with a link to finalise the returns procedure and have yet to see you process this. We are also waiting on further information on how you washed the product so that we can take this back to the manufacturer to then further investigate the fault.
