I cannot return without further instruction or kind of return confirmation from Kyoto staff.

Ik heb per ongeluk het verkeerde huisnummer ingevuld. Zelf veranderen kan niet. Probeer al 2 dagen contact met het bedrijf te krijgen telefonisch en per mail maar helaas geen gehoor. Baal hier enorm van!!”
“Brought and refunded from here before without trouble but now this time they will not let me return my items after requesting one. I’ve sent them emails asking if i could have my refund and have heard nothing back for nearly a month. The items look nothing like the picture either, wanted some pink earring and they turned out red. 😒”
