“Brought and refunded from here before without trouble but now this time they will not let me return my items after requesting one. I’ve sent them emails asking if i could have my refund and have heard nothing back for nearly a month. The items look nothing like the picture either, wanted some pink earring and they turned out red. 😒”

“Absolutely beautiful designs and pearls. I loved these earings and was so pleased with them. On closer inspection however the gold plating on the studs ( see photo) was already tarnished or wearing off before I had even used them. I returned them ( postage at my cost), and sadly returned my other orders which I had bought for presents for people, they were also gold plated but I lost confidence in the gold plating quality, can't give presents like that. Very sorry and disappointed.”
