“Web site inefficient and no functional connectivity to other business activities such as accounts processing. Deficiencies resulted in my making a duplicate payment for the item processed which to their credit they identified promptly and stated that a refund of the 2nd payment would be made. 17 days later no sign of the refund. The ordered goods were received promptly.”
