“delivery time says 3-5 days delivery ordered Placed on 25 Mar 2025, 10:34:39 delivered 01/05/2025 shocking customer service. staff know they had no stock but website still saying 3/5 days delivery.”

“On 20 April 2026, we placed order KFD22677139 for a premium 90L litter bin for one of our parks. I have attached a photo of the bin we received, which was exactly what was required. On that basis, we placed a further order on 21 May 2026 — KFD226788406 — for two additional bins of the same specification. Due to annual leave, we have only now been able to unpack these items, and we were extremely disappointed to find that the bins delivered are not the same as those supplied under the original order. The two recent bins are noticeably flimsy and have been supplied without ground anchors or ground supports. Please can we arrange for replacement bins matching the quality and specification of the original item supplied under order KFD22677139. We would also appreciate confirmation of the collection arrangements for the incorrect items.”

“We got the container and are very pleased with it. Would have got a 5, but the pedal bin mechanism is very difficult to assemble without brute strength. The rest was easy! Took a bit longer to arrive than we tgought.”
