“I purchased 4 items 1. Preworkout supplement 5 ⭐️ excellent it gives me a good kick before workouts 2. high protein milkshake 0 ⭐️ it’s just a glass of milk 3. Protein bars 2 ⭐️ 4. Protein powder 3 ⭐️ it doesn’t have as much protein as I would like and flavour it’s just okay”

“As an older female athlete training towards a world championships, creatine was recommended to me to aid in muscle recovery. I looked for an Irish company, found Kinetica and ordered. I'm very impressed with the order and delivery process, it was with me in days after ordering. So far the Creatine does seem to be helping, after a heavy training session last night, I was expecting stiffness today, but am about to hop on the bike for a spin and am moving freely. Definitely recommend Kinetica.”
