“I called yesterday trying to track my whey protein because it has been 7 days, was told I'd get an email telling me when it would arrive but still no email or protein.”

“Regarding the product I was happy (lean gain powder), bars taste good, also had cla and omega's which were good. With other products I used like maximuscle you only need one scoop, whereas with kinetica u need three and is more difficult to mix and probably doesn't taste as good, and more to carry. I found customer service to be fairly poor, on my first order the code didn't work, then I received the wrong size t shirt and no bars, when I emailed I did eventually get 2 packs of bars in separate packets so not sure what happened there, this is definitely an area to improve as I have recently ordered from maximuscle and genetic supplements and service was second to none Andy reay”

“Overall service is average at best. First package got lost in the post seemingly. Second package was delivered by Hermes who left it at the front door and it was never to be seen again. Third package finally made it :) Overall customer service from kinetica was fine, I'm sure they were just as frustrated as I was. The product itself is of a really high quality. I ordered the smooth chocolate flavour thermo whey. The taste is one of the best I've ever tried and the shake doesn't foam up like poor quality cheap brands. Overall I would say kinetica products are competitive with the high end brands like USN, BSN, ON & maximuscle. If it wasn't for the hassle and faffing around with delivery I'd definitely use again. It would be great if they would offer delivery from Royal Mail.”

“Used kinetica products before. Usually source it from elsewhere. But it was out of stock. So paid 40 pounds for 1kg of protein. Cheaper elsewhere and wont be using them direct again.”

“Quite expensive - although the sizes are shown, they were a lot smaller than I was expecting, mainly because of the price. I bought the pre workout drink in berry flavour and the protein powder in vanilla/caramel - its ok but strong taste of artificial sweetener”
