Ridiculous price increase on products. Been buying kinetica whey protein for years as it’s gluten free. Great way to relay your loyal customers.... not!

I bought a milkshake in a local shop, and it was revolting. So much so I couldn't finish the bottle. The shake was a vanilla one. The initial taste after sipping it was a bitter and sour - like gone off milk! Retaining a mouthful momentarily, the taste gradually improves from awful to tolerable enough to swallow, then the faintest hints of vanilla are left in your mouth. I double checked the date as I thought it was gone off! It wasn't. I shook the bottle like hell to see if mixing it would improve things. It didn't. I gave it a few more sips. Each one with the same awful taste. I threw it in the bin. I love vanilla, and like protein shakes. I've had a fair few in my time. This is without any doubt the worst I've ever tasted. I would never buy or recommend this product.

I’m disappointed that you sent me a batch with an expiry date in December 2019. Do you not think I should be able to store your product for longer than 4 or 5 months?

Hi there I have made the purchase on the 6th of February. I money has been taken out of my account but I have not received my product yet. Very disappointing to be honest. I ordered two protein tubs a week ago and still haven't received them. Since ordering them I have placed orders with other supplement companies on the same delivery type and received them straight away. I haven't received a confirmation that the goods have even been processed yet. This is the second time I have ordered from Kinetica and it will be the last. Customer service is far from being even tolerable.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I got an email 2 days after my order was confirmed that my credit card was rejected based on some after-the-fact review. The card is 100% active and legitimate. Then, completely ignored my questions as to how to proceed with the order: I got no response at all. Unacceptable.
